Extra Time Hubs
Providing older adults the opportunity to access weekly physical and social activities in the local community to help increase physical activity levels and reduce social isolation
NTFC Community Trust have been delivering a range of activities to adults aged 50+ for over six years. The aim of the project is simple - to support people to improve their physical, mental and social wellbeing by taking part in regular activities. Each weekly session comprises of three key elements - strength, mobilisation, balance and coordination work, a core activity and a time to socialise. Sessions are fully inclusive and refreshments are provided.
Sessions cost £3 per week and take place at the football stadium on Monday mornings (10am -12pm).

New Cobblers Community Room
Cobblers Community Room is part of West Northamptonshire Councils Welcoming Spaces project. We are providing a warm, social space for the local community to come once a week to meet friends, charge their devices and enjoy some refreshments.
The Cobblers Community Room will be open for free to the wider community on Monday afternoons from 12-2pm from the 4th November to 24th February in the Carrs Bar. Adults over 50 years old are welcome to attend our Extra Time Hubs from 10am-12pm for the nominal fee of £3, and then stay on for the community room for free from 12pm.
