Georgina McDonald

EMPLOYABILITY OFFICER

I joined the Northampton Town FC Community Trust in February 2025 as an Employability Officer.

My role as Employability Officer is to support young people & adults in the community environment to develop their confidence, their knowledge in skills to gain and maintain employment. With the delivery of our programmes on offer, part of my role is to also encourage and direct participants into volunteering,  and to also support participants to successfully enter further education should this be part of their future goals.

My background has been in the education system for many years, and I have worked with children of all ages during this time and gained many qualifications along the way. My most recent role was within the adult care industry in which I was employed as a Wellbeing Lead. I have always been in a role that supports others as this is on of my biggest passions.
