Employability & SKills Manager
I joined the Northampton Town Football Club Community Trust in May 2024.
My role as Employability & Skills Manager is to manage a range of programmes that combine learning and sports-based activities for young people and adults looking to develop their skills and confidence, gain qualifications, and support them on their journey into work, further education, training or volunteering.
My background is in the third sector, where I have managed person-centred and inclusive services that serve and empower our communities, including community employment and social prescribing.

A. Getting married.

A. Lionesses winning the Euros and then getting to the Women's World Cup Final!
