Operations Manager

I joined the Northampton Town Football Club Community Trust in September 2023.

I oversee all daily operations of the Community Trust, ensuring that the charity is well-coordinated and productive. My role is to support the CEO in implementing strategy, policies and procedures, whilst managing, developing and supporting a staff team who are passionate about making a positive difference.

My career started as a 19-year old in Her Majesty’s Prison Service, where I worked for 15 years developing a unique skill-set. From there I took those skills into the logistics industry, where I worked for five years in various roles overseeing operations and managing teams. When the opportunity to manage a passionate team in the football industry was offered to me, I jumped at the chance. I look forward to us all impacting lives and building stronger communities.
