SCHOOL TRANSITION TAKEOVER DAY
Northampton Town FC Community Trust is proud to announce a brand new transition day workshop for children in KS2. Transition days are always tough to negotiate with students having lots of questions about their next steps in their journey through education. Our transition days aim to help students prepare for the change from primary to secondary school by taking part in workshops and team building activities to develop the necessary skills for secondary education.
Features of the day:
PSHE workshops on team building, confidence and resilience
Physical activities to help students deal with challenge and form resilience
Discussing life skills such as travel and modes of transportation
Discussing how to build healthy relationships and friendships
Benefits:
Benefits from this workshop include children feeling more prepared for secondary education. They will also be able to use this day as an opportunity to ask any questions about secondary school life. Students will also feel confident that they can identify how to make the right friendships especially when meeting brand new people in a bigger environment.

Whole school or year groups: divided into times for different classes.
Cost:
£250 per whole day (discount is offered for three or more bookings).
